Will NitroPing get me banned?

NitroPing works purely at the network-routing level - it changes the path your game traffic takes across the internet, like better internet routing. It does not modify game files, game memory, or game processes, and it does not inject anything into any game. Anti-cheat systems look for tampering with the game itself; NitroPing operates outside the game, at the network layer.

Why did Windows Defender show a warning when installing?

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open NitroPing, go to Settings, then Manage Subscription. You can also cancel from nitroping.com/dashboard.

Does NitroPing log my internet traffic?

Accepted Answer

No. NitroPing does not log or inspect packet contents. We only keep account and basic connection metadata.

My ISP blocks or throttles UDP. Will NitroPing still work?

NitroPing uses encrypted UDP tunnels over port 443, which works for most ISPs and restrictive networks.

Which games does NitroPing support?

NitroPing works with online games broadly and includes pre-configured routing for many popular titles. A small number of games use strict anti-cheat software that also limits which drivers may load on your PC; where a specific title does that, NitroPing may not be usable with that game. The free trial is the easiest way to confirm it works with your game on your setup.

VPNs route all traffic. NitroPing routes only selected game traffic for lower gaming latency.

Can I get a refund?

We review refund requests case by case by email, including billing errors, duplicate charges, and charges you did not authorize. The 3-day free trial is there so you can evaluate NitroPing before you pay anything. Whatever we decide, this does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
