This Refund Policy explains how NitroPing handles refunds for digital subscriptions, trials, and billing issues.

This Policy is subject to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Where local law grants stronger rights, local law controls.

2. Trial and Conversion

If a trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

By starting a trial with a payment method, you authorize charging that method when the trial converts, unless canceled in time.

3. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically by billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, cancellation does not retroactively refund an already-started billing period.

4. Standard Refund Handling

Refund eligibility depends on factors such as billing error, duplicate charge, legal requirements, and account history.

Except where required by law, we generally do not provide refunds for partial-use periods or dissatisfaction after substantial service usage.

5. Billing Errors, Duplicate Charges, and Unauthorized Charges

If you believe there was a billing error, duplicate charge, or unauthorized charge, contact support promptly with relevant transaction details.

We investigate in good faith and, where appropriate, correct errors and process refunds to the original payment method.

6. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional pricing applies only for the stated promotional period and renews at standard pricing unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Refund outcomes may account for credits, discounts, and redeemed promotions where permitted by law.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact support before initiating a payment dispute so we can attempt to resolve the issue quickly.

If a chargeback is initiated, account access may be limited while the dispute is under review.

8. Region-Specific Consumer Rights

Consumers in some jurisdictions (including parts of Europe, the UK, and other regions) may have statutory cancellation or refund rights that differ from this Policy.

Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Processing Timeline

We aim to acknowledge refund-related requests promptly and provide a decision after review.

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method; final posting time depends on your payment provider.
